TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Frostee's relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘Frostee’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

REFUND EXCHANGE POLICY 

Merchandise purchased on our site may be returned to our warehouse within 28 days from the date of purchase provided that they are returned brand new and in the original packaging.

This excludes personalised, customised, custom fit, or any other type of product where an adjustment has been made to the 'norm' at a customers request. These cannot be returned. We also reserve the right to alter, adjust, modify, resize, crop or recolour any image or text submitted to personalise an item with - this will only ever be to improve the quality of output.

Important: If you contact us after the given number of days above, we have the right to assume that the order has progressed to completion. You will not have the automatic right of a refund. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at our discretion

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We dispatch parcels Monday to Friday, and delivery is within these days. Our courier will attempt delivery, and if unsuccessful, will leave a calling card informing you of their attempt. Please follow the instructions on the card, or contact us for more help. If you do not respond to the card within 5 working days, the parcel will be returned to us and you will be liable for all postage costs. If you have not received a calling card within 5 working days of ordering, you should contact us to avoid the parcel been returned to our warehouse. If you have not contacted us within this timeframe, you may be liable for postage.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Frostee for the sale by it to you of any product will take place when Frostee notifies you by email confirming that it has dispatched your product. The acceptance will then be deemed complete and will be considered for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Frostee send this email, whether or not you receive it. Payment may be taken before this point but this does not indicate acceptance. If we cancel your order your payment will be refunded immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

An order may be cancelled without reason 7 days after being in receipt of the order. Payment for the goods will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. The Customer will be responsible for all postage costs. The goods must be in the same packaging and in the same condition as they were sent. 

REPRESENTATION OF GOODS

Whilst every attempt is made to accurately represent the products that we sell, product pictures are only intended as a guide and may not be identical to supplied goods. If you feel that a product description or picture is inaccurate or misleading, then please let us know and we will do our best to correct it.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Our aim is to deal with any problems and difficulties quickly and fairly. We will do this by monitoring all complaints and suggestions to help us identify what is going wrong and how we can improve.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

From time to time, we may modify our Terms and Conditions. Such modifications will be effective on the date that we post the modified terms and conditions on our website.
